Reservations can be made online 24/7 with a credit card or via phone between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday-Friday (941) 778-2291. A reservation inquiry can also be e-mailed to rentals@betsyhills.com. Reservation confirmation requires a credit card number. 50% of rental monies of contract will be charged upon booking. If paying via check, allow 5-7 business days for bank processing before reservation is booked.
This additional $45 non-refundable, required Damage Waiver Insurance which is included in the rental rate covers for any damage incurred up to $1500 to the property during a tenant’s stay.
All keys must be returned to the office upon check-out. If in the event keys are not returned $25.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Final payment covers remaining rent balance on contract and damage deposit and are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Accommodations are limited to the number of guests shown on your invoice. HOUSE PARTIES are not allowed and will constitute a breach of this contract; tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.
Insurance is available and if opted will cover the tenant in full in the event of cancellation and/or change. If insurance is not opted, cancellation has to be prior to 60 days from arrival date; and a 25% cancellation fee will apply to total rental amount. If a cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be made unless the rental unit is re-rented for lease period.
Master Card, Visa, American Express are accepted online and via phone. Payment may also be made by personal check, traveler's check, certified bank check, money order, cash, or wire transfer. Please inquire with management for wire instructions. ** Rates are subject to change without notice.
No pets are allowed in any property unless management permission is granted. A $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be collected if management grants permission. This deposit covers the cost of standard flea spray and carpet cleanup. (Dogs are NOT allowed on the beaches)
Smoking is not allowed in any property. Please use outside decks or patios and always place cigarette stubs in appropriate receptacles. A significant penalty will be charged if a violation occurs.
3:00 – 4:00 P.M. Weekdays and weekends keys are available in drop box at the office. If you plan to arrive earlier/later then the times mentioned, please notify management in advance so that we can make arrangements for your early/late arrival.
10:00 A.M. All keys must be returned to the OFFICE and any breakage or damage must be reported before your departure, so management can insure all items are replaced for future tenants.
All properties are furnished for light housekeeping with dishes, cookware, glassware, flatware, and linens. Small appliances will vary from property to property. Maintenance on appliances does not constitute a refund.
All linens are provided. A cleaning fee of $120 is required and iuncluded in the rental rate. Mid stay cleanings are also available at an additional cost. Please inquire with management for details.
All properties are furnished with telephones and cable TV. The telephone number will be shown in the rental agreement. Most properties have a long distance phone block - a credit card or calling card is required for long distance calls. If there is no phone block, all long distance calls will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Some properties have heated pools. The pool heat systems run on electricity. This is an additional cost. Property owners cover the first $200 of the electrical bill during a tenants stay. For monthly rentals, the tenant is responsible for the electrical bill above and beyond $200. Note: Pool heat costs can run in excess of $200-$300 per month. 17.
